See below for more details about each of these customizations: --- ### **Custom Card Colors** In addition to selecting the fields and values to filter the data displayed on custom cards, these gadgets allow you to select one of 10 colors for each added gadget to customize the card's icon. **How to customize the card color** - Open the custom card menu “…” and click on Configure - Select a "Chart by" and “Filter by” value (if you haven't already filtered the data) - Click on the "Set card icon color" option, and pick any color available - Apply and save the configuration. ![image](media://bdf64857-cfee-4fb2-a46c-3d6206c913d7) ### **Custom Card Aggregations** Mindpro Dashio provides you the ability to aggregate your data in different ways. To do this, we provide 4 aggregation functions that allow you to turn your raw data into valuable information. Learn more about these aggregation functions in the sections below: **Aggregation by Count** Counts the number of issues for the selected criteria. - Allows aggregation by: Issues - Configuration Example: Select "Chart by: Priority", "Group by: High", "Aggregation Type: Count" and "Aggregation by: Issues" - Expected Result: The card will display the number of issues that are in high priority, considering the total issues retrieved in the app search filter. ![image](media://ff92cc8f-eacc-4028-9bb9-705920f9509a) ![image](media://849a59f5-615b-432a-b02b-834463a51825) **Aggregation by Sum ** Sums the quantity for a selected numeric field, considering the criteria from "Chart by" and "Group by" options and the number of issues retrieved in the app search filter. - Allows aggregation by: Numeric fields - Configuration Example:: Select "Chart by: Priority", "Group by: High", "Aggregation Type: Sum" and "Aggregation by: Story Points" - Expected Result: The card will display the total sum of the "Story Points" field for the issues in high priority, considering the total issues retrieved in the app search filter. ![image](media://c58c155f-bc58-4009-b7e7-e286bacde8d8) ![image](media://8f093560-9ac3-42c3-813d-5aa0f354cbc8) **Aggregation by Average** Shows the average of a selected numeric field, considering the criteria from "Chart by" and "Group by" options and the number of issues retrieved in the app search filter. - Allows aggregation by: Numeric fields - Configuration Example:: Select "Chart by: Priority", "Group by: High", "Aggregation Type: Average" and "Aggregation by: Story Points" - Expected Result: The card will display the total average of the "Story Points" field for the issues in high priority, considering the total issues retrieved in the app search filter. ![image](media://677d7a42-ea86-478f-a189-eb1c32621b52) ![image](media://7a6a5519-de17-43cc-9f0a-08fa5953c64a) **Aggregation by Percentage ** Shows the percentage of a selected numeric field, considering the criteria from "Chart by" and "Filter by" options and the number of issues retrieved in the app search filter. - Allows aggregation by: Numeric fields - Configuration Example:: Select "Chart by: Priority", "Group by: High", "Aggregation Type: Percentage" and "Aggregation by: Story Points" - Expected Result: The card will display how much % the "Story Points" field for the issues in high priority represents from the total issues retrieved in the app search filter. ![image](media://827ab289-841d-4f9a-9079-cd4cba2cfb33) ![image](media://46a5eadb-93c2-4205-85c7-cfe9dd95179b) --- ### **Custom Card - Compare Dates** We know how critical it is to track different project priorities and compare them with past periods to know how things have changed and how much they have changed. This is possible with the "Compare Dates" feature available in the Custom Cards. ![image](media://1575f874-3a1d-4c62-9aed-70cf8f8d1249) **Enabling the Compare Dates feature** - The compare dates feature is only available when selecting the "Count" aggregation type. - To enable this feature, first, you need to filter your custom card and aggregate by Count > Issues. - After this, the card configuration menu will enable the compare dates feature. **Using the Compare Dates feature** - In an existing Custom Card (aggregated by count), click on the card menu and select "Compare Dates". - Then, select the timeframe you want to compare. You can choose between pre-loaded periods or inform a custom range. - Select the desired period and click on "Apply". - The card will display the comparison information between the selected range and the equivalent previous range and also will indicate if the comparison is positive, negative, or neutral changes when comparing the selected periods. ![image](media://c130f7f5-7755-463b-a4ba-4bfc82260854) --- ### **Need any help?** Didn’t find what you were looking for?
