**Search & Filter**

| What search options and filters does the app support? | The app supports searches via Basic Filters and offers 100% compatibility with the JQL syntax for searching for issues. |
| Which fields are supported by Mindpro Dashio? | You can see the full list of supported fields here - [Available Fields & Filters](https://mindpro.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DHC/pages/2246476361) |
| Is there any limit on the number of issues the app can retrieve in a search? | Jira Cloud retrieves a maximum of 1,000 issues per search. Mindpro Dashio retrieves up to 13,500 issues per search. This is the limit the Atlassian Forge platform supports at this moment. |

| Can I combine pre-build Agile gadgets with Custom gadgets to create my dashboards? | Yes, there is no dependency and they can be used and combined however you like. |
| Can I customize the columns displayed in the Issue List? | Yes, you can select exactly which columns you want to view in the list of issues, just choose the desired ones in the "Columns" field and after making the change, save your settings. |
| Can I add the app's gadgets to a native Jira Dashboard? | To offer an integrated and more dynamic view to your live dashboards, Mindpro Dashio gadgets were designed to work together with the app, so they are not yet available to stand alone in native Jira dashboards. |

**Exporting & Sharing**

| **Question** | **Answer** |
| --- | --- |
| What options does the app have for exporting data? | You can export data from your dashboards in 3 different formats:<br>- PNG: You can export your charts individually in "png" format.
- PDF: You can export all charts and cards from your dashboard in "pdf" format. This option does not export your issue list.
- CSV: You can export your issue list (if you have added it to your dashboard) in "CSV" format. |
| Can I share a link to access the live Dashboards with my internal teams? | Yes, your live Dashboards can be directly shared via link with any users that have access to Jira and to the respective view.  This option is accessible in the Dashboard “Actions" menu. |
