### **SLA - Time to Resolve**

Shows the average Time to Resolve of all issues/requests returned in the search (that has the SLA defined).


**Gadget - Details**

- Category: ITSM
- Format: Line Chart

 

**Gadget - Configuration**

- Data Source: You can select as a data source any of the following options: Project (one or multiple projects), Filters (saved filters from Jira), JQL (syntax).
- Additional Configurations: Yes, there are additional configurations for this gadget.

 

**Gadget - Visualization**

- Data visualization rules: The "Resolved" line considers the issue resolution, available only for company-managed project types in Jira. Also, this chart calculates the time based on the SLAs defined in the filtered Service Management projects.
- Time period: It shows data for:
  - Past 30 days - by week
  - Past 60 days - by week
  - Past quarter - by week
  - This year - by month
  - Last year - by month
- Additional Data visualization: This gadget shows an average (dotted) line for the Time to Resolve in the chart. Additionally, shows a summary of the Time to Resolve (totals) for all issues in the search and the totals considering only the ones with the highest priority.

 

**Gadget - Features**

- Total Issues: You can open all the issues displayed in this gadget by clicking on the "Total Issues" link in the gadget menu.
- Export: You can export this gadget data in a PNG image by clicking on the "Export in PNG" link in the gadget menu.
- More Information: You can see this gadget's information by moving the mouse cursor over the option "More information" in the gadget menu.
- Calculate times based on issue dates instead of defined SLAs: When enabled, this option will calculate issue times based on creation and resolution dates instead of defined SLAs.
- Custom Goal: You can add a line to the chart to track objectives and compare them with the average data.
