### **Dashboard Overview **

Mindpro Graphy was designed to bring into a unified view everything you and your teams need to access the information they need without having to switch between multiple systems, screens, or apps. 

See below what are the main sections of Mindpro Graphy dashboards:

**Dashboard Options**

At the top of your screen, you can access different options to customize and manage your dashboards. See more information about each option below:


- **Dashboard Filters**: Show/hide the basic/JQL filter bar in the dashboard screen.

- **Dashboard Gadgets: **opens the customization screen, where you can add, edit or remove your gadgets.
- **Dashboard Options:** Open the options menu where you have the ability to: Create a new dashboard, Hide/show the issues list, Copy the dashboard link, Pin the current dashboard as your home, Clone the dashboard, Export the dashboard ( in PDF format), Manage the dashboard access permissions or Delete the dashboard.

- **Create  new dashboard: **allows to create a new dashboard from scratch (blank) or from a template;

**Search & Filters **

In this section, you can select the Basic filters or run your JQL queries to search and filter the data displayed in the gadgets. Additionally, you will see the "dynamic filters" applied when you click on a card or chart section to drill down the data.

**Card Gadgets**

This section is dedicated to the "Cards" gadgets, they are a type of gadget that can be added to dashboards to summarize and highlight a group of important indicators. You can add up to 4 cards in this section and use any of the pre-built models available or configure your own custom card using the "Custom Card" gadget.

**Chart Gadgets**

This section is dedicated to the "Chart" gadgets, they are the main type of gadget that can be used to build comprehensive dashboard reports for your audience.  You can add up to 8 charts per dashboard and use any of the pre-built models available or pick from a wide range of custom types (pie, bar, line, or table in one or two dimensions) to build your own custom charts.

**Chart Maximized View**

Each chart can be maximized on the screen to make visualization easier using the "Maximize" option. When you use this option the maximized charts will display the chart data, a side table with more contextual information about the data, and a quick chart summary description.

**Issue List Gadget**

When selected, the system displays the "Issues List" gadget on the dashboard. This list will bring all the issues according to your search and filter in the app. In addition to allowing you to choose, resize, move, and order the displayed columns, this dynamic list reflects the selection made directly when you click on the gadgets.

**Dashboards Sidebar**

The "Saved Dashboards" section is a sidebar that helps you keep your saved and/or shared dashboards accessible and organized. In this sidebar, in the "Starred Dashboards" area, you can add your favorite dashboards. 

In the "Private Dashboards" area, you can keep your own dashboards, and in the "Shared Dashboards" area, you can view the dashboards shared by yourself or that you have received access to. 

You also have a search box to look for specific dashboards by name, as well as a shortcut, to add a new dashboard from scratch or from a template.
