**Managing & Deleting**

| I need to delete a dashboard created and shared by a user who is no longer part of the company I work for. How can I proceed? | By default, users in Site-Admins, Administrators, and Jira-Administrators groups are the only ones allowed to manage and delete the dashboards created in Mindpro Insights from other app users.<br>If your Jira User is part of these admin groups, you can access the desired Dashboard in the app's sidebar, open its context menu "..." and select the "Delete" option. With this, the Dashboard will be deleted.<br>If your Jira User is not part of these groups, request this removal from your Jira Admin. |
| I need to change the visibility permissions of a dashboard created and shared by a user who is no longer part of the company I work for. How can I proceed? | Same as above, by default, users in Site-Admins, Administrators, and Jira-Administrators groups are the only ones allowed to manage and delete the dashboards created in Mindpro Insights from other app users.<br>If your Jira User is part of the Jira admin groups, you can access the desired Dashboard in the app's sidebar, open its context menu "..." and select the "Edit" option. With this, in the "Edit View" screen, you can adjust the dashboard view permission accordingly. |
