### **Exporting your Dashboard Data**

 

In addition to allowing you to share live dashboard reports with your teams and stakeholders, Mindpro Insights allows you to export your dashboard data in multiple formats with just a few clicks.


See below how to export your dashboard data.

### **How to Export Your Data in PDF, PNG, or CSV**

 

Mindpro Insights provides three different formats to export data from your dashboards: PDF, PNG, and CSV.


**1) PDF Export **

This option allows you to export all chart information you have on screen. From the “Dashboard Options” menu, select the "Export Dashboard" option to generate the PDF report.

**2) PNG Export**

This option allows you to export any dashboard chart individually in PNG format to create presentations or share specific information, not the entire report. Click on the 3-dots icon and then on "export" inside any chart and select if you want to export only the chart or the chart plus the side table.

**3) CSV Export **

If you have customized your dashboard using the option to display the issues list, you can also export your issues in CSV format. Click on the  “Export" button from the top of the list to generate the file.
