### **Clone, Pin & Delete Dashboards**

 

In addition to allowing you to customize, configure and share your created dashboards with additional management options, Mindpro Insights allows you to clone, pin and delete your dashboards with just a few clicks. 


See below how to clone, pin or how to delete your dashboards.

**How to clone your Dashboards**

 

There are numerous scenarios where you can, instead of creating a new dashboard from scratch, clone an existing dashboard to customize it according to your needs. There are two ways to clone a dashboard in Mindpro Insights: From the "Dashboard Options" menu or from the sidebar.

 

- **Dashboard Options Menu **To clone a dashboard using this option, access the desired dashboard, click on the "Dashboard Options" icon, and select "Clone dashboard". Fill in the dashboard information (name, description, sharing..) and save.

- **Sidebar Menu: **to clone a dashboard using this option, access the desired dashboard in the sidebar, click on the "..." button, and select "Clone dashboard". Fill in the dashboard information (name, description, sharing..) and save.

> ℹ️ You can clone dashboards from other users that you have permissions to view and access.

**How to Pin Your Dashboards**

If you want to open the same dashboard every time you access the app, you can use the "Pin Dashboard" option. When selecting this option, the selected dashboard will be set as the default every time you open the app. To do this, follow the steps below:


- **Dashboard Options Menu: **Click on the "Dashboard Options" icon, and select "Pin dashboard". If you want to remove this pin, access this option again by clicking "Unpin Dashboard."

**How to Delete Your Dashboards**

 

There are numerous scenarios where you may need to delete a previously created dashboard, such as deleting reports no longer used by the company, initiatives that have already been completed, and many other scenarios. To delete a dashboard in Mindpro Insights, select one of the options:

 

- **Dashboard Options Menu: **Click on the "Dashboard Options" icon, and select "Delete dashboard".

- **Sidebar Menu: **select a dashboard in the sidebar, and click on the "..." button, then select "Delete this dashboard".

After deleted, the selected dashboard will automatically be removed from your access, including any users who previously had access.

 

> ℹ️ **Keep in Mind**
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ Dashboards deleted from the app cannot be recovered, so make sure you want to delete the selected dashboard before proceeding.
