### **Queue Groups - Overview**

 

Mindpro Lineup allows you to create queues groups and sub-groups according and organize your queues in a multi-level structure according to your needs.

### **How To - Create Queue Groups**


To create a new group, click on the "Create New Queue Group" icon from the top of the left menu:

By doing this, the app will open the Create Queue Group screen, with the following fields:


- **Queue Group Name (Mandatory)** - Field to inform the name of the queue group
- **Add Queues (Optional) **- Optionally, when creating a group, you can select at creation time if you want to move / include any of your previously created queues in this group.

- Additionally, you can create sub-groups of queues to organize your queues in a hierarchical structure according to your needs.
- To do this, just open a created group's actions menu by clicking "..." and selecting the "Create New Group" option.
- With that, the group creation screen will be displayed, where you can repeat the same previous creation process.
- When saving this new sub-group, it will be positioned exactly under the previously selected group.

> ℹ️ After creating a group and sub-groups you can move queues or groups from one group to another by dragging and drop them across the queue list.

> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ Permissions: By default, only "jira-admins" and "site-admins groups" have privileges to manage (create, edit, delete) queues. If you want other groups to also have these permissions, add them in the [Management Permissions](https://helpcenter.mindproapps.com/space/MLP/2024603649/Management+-+Permissions).
