### **Import Queues - Overview**

 

Mindpro Lineup allows you to import existing queues from your existing Jira Service Management projects and keep all work centralized, making easier to manage all tickets in a single place.

### **How To - Import Queues**


Click on the "…" icon (Queue Settings) from the top of the left menu and the system will open the import queues screen.

By doing this, the app will open the Import Queues screen, with the following fields:

 

- **Project (Mandatory)** - Select the service project from which you want to import the queues.
- **Queues (Mandatory) **- According to the previously selected project, you can choose the desired queues to be imported.
- **Import To (Optional) **- Optionally, when importing the queues, you can select  if you want to import them to any of your previously created queue groups.

- After filling all the fields, click on the "Import" button. The selected queues will be imported to the queue list in the sidebar according to your selection.

> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ This import process does not change or create dependencies with your native Jira Service Management queues. In other words, if you edit or delete the imported queues, your native queues will not be affected.

> ℹ️ **Keep in mind**
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ Permissions: By default, only "jira-admins" and "site-admins groups" have privileges to manage (create, edit, delete) queues. If you want other groups to also have these permissions, add them in the [Management Permissions](https://helpcenter.mindproapps.com/space/MLP/2024603649/Management+-+Permissions).
