### **Queues - Overview**

Mindpro Lineup allows you to build cross-project queues and configure their visibility for selected groups. With your queues configured, access them from the queue structure in the app's sidebar to view your queue view.

See below what information and options users with management permissions can access when opening queues.

---

### **How To - Access, view, and work with the Queues**

To access a queue, search for the name in the search bar at the top of the app's sidebar, or browse the queue structure in the queue list. When clicking on the name of a queue, the "Queue view" will be loaded with the information, options, and issues configured for that queue. They are:

- **Queue Path:** Information to display the queue path in your queue group structure.
- **"All Requests" tab:** By default, this tab will show all issues loaded according to the query and filters configured when creating the queue.
- **Queue Filters: **Filter options with system and custom fields available so that the user can dynamically filter the issues in the accessed queue according to his needs.
- **Group by: **Option to group the issues list by a selected field and classify the queue to find information faster.
- **Filtered Issues: **The number of issues filtered according to the filter selected on that tab.
- **Export Issues:** Option to export the filtered issues according to the filter selected in that tab.
- **Rows per page:** Option for the user to select how many rows he wants to see in the accessed view.
- **Refresh Queue (icon):** Option for the user to refresh the queue according to its original filter.
- **Queue context (icon): **Information available so that all users with access to that queue can view the filter and information context configured to return issues from that queue.
- **Open in issue navigator (icon): **Option for the user to open the queue in Jira's native issue navigator.
- **Actions (menu): **Menu with options for actions that users with management permissions can perform on queues (edit, clone, share link, hide, delete).

See below for an overview of these sections and options:

> ℹ️ **Good to know**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ Considering the options described above, users who do not have management permissions configured in the app will not have access to the "Actions" menu.

### **How To - Filter Issues in the Queues**

Mindpro Lineup allows users with access to queues to use additional filters to refine their view and keep their queue and issues list even more organized with the information that matters.

- To filter issues, users with access just need to select and add one or more filters by clicking on the "+ Add Filters" button to view the issues of that queue being dynamically filtered.
- Additionally, users can individually save these filters in new tabs, so they already have available tab filters with the selected data every time they access that queue.
- To save a new tab with filtered issues, click on the "Save Filter" link on the right side of the queue's screen, add a filter name, share opinions, and save it. You can also save a new filter based on the current tab.
- You can keep the saved filter private or share it with all users that have access to the current queue.
  - Queue admins have access to all shared filters created by other users inside that queue. They are also able to edit or delete queues created by other users.
  - Private filters can only be deleted by their creators.
  - Other users and agents can see shared filters created by queue admins, but cannot edit or delete them.
- Each new filter created will add a new tab in the queue view of the user who created the filter, where he can navigate to dynamically visualize the information.
- You can delete or hide a tab with a saved filter, just click on the "3-dots" icon next to the tab name, and select the desired option.
- If you choose to hide filter tabs, you can show them again by accessing the “Actions” menu and selecting “Show hidden filters".

See below for an overview of how to work with filters:

> ℹ️ **Keep in mind**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ - Filters are saved at the individual user level. That is, only the users who created them will see them.
> ℹ️ - If the user does not save the applied filter and exits and returns to the screen, the filter will not be applied.
> ℹ️ - The "All Requests" tab is displayed to all users and cannot be deleted.

### **How To - Group Issues by a Selected Field**

Mindpro Lineup allows grouping the issues list using a selected field, creating divisions to better classify the information and fast solve tickets.

- Click on the “Group by” icon above the issues list and select a field to group the issues by.
- The system will rearrange the issues list to display them in groups.
- For example, let’s select to group a queue by Reporter:

- After selecting this option, the issues list will be displayed separated by Reporter, as below:
