### **Management Permissions**


Mindpro Lineup allows you to select and define groups of users you want to grant advanced permissions for managing and configuring queues. User groups that are added to the app's management permissions will have advanced privileges such as:


- Ability to create, import, and manage (clone, hide, share, delete) queues.
- Ability to create and manage (reorder, hide, edit, delete) queue groups.
- Ability to view all queues that are in the "Hidden" section.

### **Configuring the Management Permissions**


- To setup the management permissions, click on the Jira's configuration icon and select "Apps".
- Then, find the "Service Desk Queues" item on the left menu and click on it.
- From the "Groups" dropdown, select the user groups that will be able to manage queues and set their visibility.
- Click on "Save" to confirm.

> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ By default,  "jira-admins" and "site-admins groups" already have access to manage queues. You only need to include additional groups to manage queues in case you want more people working on these activities.
