### **Mapping your IdP User Attributes **


After establishing your connection with the IdP, setting the app configurations, and ensuring that you have read-only Jira custom fields available, you can **start mapping your IdP attributes** quickly and easily in the "**Mapping**" screen.

From the left dropdown, **select the IdP user attribute** you want to be displayed in Jira Issues. From the right dropdown, **select the respective** **read-only Jira Custom Field **to receive the data from the IdP attribute.


After finishing your mapping, click on "**Save**", and you're all set. From this point on, **all configured projects** will display this data automatically when** creating and/or updating issues**, according to your defined settings.

Additionally, there is also a **field configuration menu** next to each "Jira Custom Field" dropdown. If you click on the menu icon, the app will show the possible field actions you can execute, such as:


- Remove the Field Mapping (mapped row)
- Edit the related Jira custom field
- Create a new read-only custom field
- Configure the related Jira screen


You can use these options and the “Add mapping” to **change and update** your mappings anytime.

### **Mapping your IdP User Attributes using multiple connections**


Mindpro Sync allows you to establish simultaneously a connection with multiple identity providers, so In case you have more than one connection created and active, the system will show the "Select a connection for mapping" dropdown, where you can inform for what connection that mapping is being added. 

In this scenario, whenever you switch to another connection, the fields on screen will respect the mapping defined for that connection.

> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ - The system only enables the "**Add mapping**" button after you create at least one read-only custom field.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ - You can add as many rows as possible since you have **enough read-only custom fields** to map the IdP attributes.
