--- title: "Choosing the user to display the IDP attributes" canonical: "https://helpcenter.mindproapps.com/space/sync/1992491009/Choosing%20the%20user%20to%20display%20the%20IDP%20attributes" format: markdown --- > ℹ️ **Summary: **Select the user you want to display the IDP attributes across your Jira instance. ### **Select the user you want to display attributes**   On the app's configuration screen, in the "**Display Attributes From**" section, it is possible to select between four options to define the user(s) you want to display the mapped attributes in the Jira issues. There are options to display data for a **Single User** (**Reporter**, **Assignee** or **Other User) **or for** Multiple Users.** ### **Options to display data for a single user: ** - **Reporter:** You can define the ticket **reporter to fetch the data and display the attributes** in the issues. *Hint:* Useful for teams that need to have additional and updated information about the users who opened the requests. ![Mindpro-1774983442329-2x.png](media://df80e61a-a45f-456f-81e7-d294ac85c905) - **Assignee: **You can define the ticket **assignee to fetch the data and display the attributes** in the issues. *Hint:* Useful for teams that want to improve communication with their internal users, giving them more options for contacting the teams and support agents handling their tickets. ![Mindpro-1774983508891-2x.png](media://b4ddcfdd-fbff-4fae-9a49-e43432d0c3e9) - **Other User:** You can choose any other user, available in your "User picker" fields to **fetch the data and display the attributes** in the issues. *Hint:* Useful for teams that need to bring stakeholder and/or employees data involved in solving and handling tickets. ![Mindpro-1774983573620-2x.png](media://3a0d4f45-4fcc-4fcf-a340-52fb6d8646fe)   > ℹ️ **Keep in mind** > ℹ️ > ℹ️ - If you enable in the previous section the configuration by **“Space”** the **"Other User"** field displays user picker fields according to the current space type. > ℹ️ - If the current space is "company-managed", only fields for "company-managed" spaces are available for selection. These fields are usually tied to Jira screens. > ℹ️ - If the current space is "team-managed", only fields for "team-managed" spaces are available for selection. These fields are added directly inside each issue type form. > ℹ️ - Only single-user user picker fields will be available for selection. It is not possible to add group user picker fields on this configuration. ### **Option to display data for multiple users:** ### ** ** - **Multiple Users:** when you enable this option, the system will allow to fletch the data and display information for different users simultaneously. The system will show dropdowns for individual selection next to the “Where to display”, “Mappings” and “Auto-Assign Approvers" options: ![Mindpro-1774983813693-2x.png](media://5e924d14-6075-427f-93d8-1eec38b37f0d) When you display data for multiple users inside the issues, the system allows you to also identify (in the field content) for which user each field is being displayed for.
