### **Displaying the mapped data in the different Jira Space Types**

 

Mindpro Sync was designed to work and display user attributes on Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira Work Management spaces, and on both **Company-Managed** and **Team-Managed** space types. 

However, the way the app displays user attributes, hierarchy and groups ([configured according to your needs](https://helpcenter.mindproapps.com/space/sync/1992458251/Selecting+where+to+display+the+IDP+attributes)) differs in these space types. Learn more about the differences in the section below.

### **1) Displaying the data in Company-Managed Spaces**

 

When you configure and map user attributes, this is how the user attributes and hierarchy are displayed in a Jira Software, Jira Service Management or Jira Work Management issue for **Company-Managed** spaces:

### **2) Displaying the data in Team-Managed Spaces**

 

When you configure and map user attributes, this is how the user attributes, hierarchy and groups are displayed in a Jira Software, Jira Service Management or Jira Work Management issue for **Team-Managed** spaces:

> ℹ️ **Good to know**
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ - In order to see the IdP attributes inside a Team-Managed space issue, you need to perform the same field mapping process as you do in a Company-Managed space, but need to access the team-managed space and the fields in the “Fields” section.
> ℹ️ - The only change here is in the way custom fields are displayed on the issue detail panel. The system will add a link (similar to the "User Hierarchy" you see on Company-Managed spaces) for the respective Reporter/Assignee.

### **3) Displaying the data in the JSM Portal**

 

Additionally, when you configure to display the attributes and/or hierarchy and/or groups in the JSM Portal, the information is available as follows:

### **4) Displaying the information source data when the "Multiple Users” option is enabled**


When the app is configured to display data for multiple users, the default behavior on displaying the information inside the issues are the same as in the examples above. But the system has an additional feature that allows to identify for which user each field is displaying the information. When you enable the “Show the information source (IdP, User) in the field content” checkbox, the system will display, inside each field content, the information source related to that field (User & IdP).

> ℹ️ When enabled, the "information source" option works for both company-managed and team-managed space types and is also for the Customer Portal
